All our employees at Longridge Scaffolding Ltd are fully trained and registered with CISRS.
The training providers we use are mostly Training 2000 at Blackburn and Simian Skills at Warrington. We have trainees from apprentice up to advanced level in scaffolding, we also have trainees in basic and advanced scaffold inspection. These are professional standards adopted by all responsible companies in our line of business.
All employees hold current CISRS cards and have been trained in manual handling and have taken Health & Safety touch screen test. A number of our scaffolders also hold different qualifications for specific roles such as confined spaces, scissor lifts, cherry pickers, Gas Safe registration, asbestos awareness and first aid. All our supervisors have SSSTS training and first aid. Management level training includes Advanced Supervisors Managers Cards and the Nebosh Construction certificate. We are proud of our health and safety record and invest in our training and regular toolbox talks to ensure our standards are maintained at the highest level.
